Cooper Townsend
Intragreat is founded and run by Cooper Townsend, who brings over 20 years of IT experience across managed service providers, enterprise IT environments, and hands-on Microsoft 365 and identity administration.
That range is deliberate: enough time inside MSPs and enterprises to know what “done right” looks like, and enough hands-on platform work to actually do it — not just advise on it. The through-line is a preference for plain language and real ownership. Cooper works directly with clients; there’s no account-manager layer between you and the person doing the work.
Intragreat was founded to give growing and mid-sized companies senior IT and security depth — the Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security work a small team can’t fully cover — without forcing them to hire a full department before they’re ready.
Based in South Lake Tahoe, CA, serving the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Reno, plus remote-first companies across the United States.
