Can you set up laptops for remote hires before they arrive?
Yes. Using Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager, a new hire can open the box and the laptop configures itself — enrolled, encrypted, and policy-compliant — without IT touching it. It replaces the half-day of manual setup and the “unmanaged laptop in the wild” problem.
Does Intune manage both Windows and Mac?
